You have a good camera, a nice tripod and various lenses.  You’ve read many photography books and magazines and you are doing everything they say to do.  Then why don’t your pictures look as good as the pictures you see in those books and magazines?

Would you like to learn how to shoot like a pro?  Would you like to spend time with a professional, Christian photographer who will show you what to do right and how to get the best out of your photography gear?

Spend a week in beautiful Southwest Colorado for an intense time of hands-on photography training with two professional, Christian photographers who are dedicated to helping fellow Christians develop their talents for the glory of God.

This camp is for anyone who wants to learn more about all aspects of photography.  Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned professional, this camp will help you take your photography to the next level.  Our small group environment insures you get loads of hands-on experience and one-on-one time with the instructors!

Meet your instructors
Marty and Deb Minnard

We are thrilled to have as our instructors for this camp award-winning photographers Marty and Deb Minnard. The Minnards bring more than fifty years combined experience in general, wedding, portrait, commercial and aerial photography to their teaching task. Deb applies her art background to her photography. Marty is accomplished in commercial and aerial photography. For ten years they operated their own full-service studio in Michigan which they left behind to work at the Answers in Genesis Creation Museum.

Currently they run the Foto FX souvenir photo service at the Creation Museum. In addition to those duties, Marty and Deb produce fine art images of the museum and it’s grounds for Answers in Genesis publications. One of their creative outlets is to teach a seasonal photography workshop at the museum. This spring their new book is coming out titled “Gardens at the Creation Museum.”

Accommodations: The Rocky Mountain Christian Filmmakers Camp is being hosted by Norwood Christian Ranch in Norwood, Colorado.
